The 72-inch Dusk retro tread is built for wide custom staircases- grand entries, open-plan layouts, and architecturally prominent staircases where a full-width espresso-brown tread makes a bold design statement. Factory prefinished and ready to install.

At 72 inches, this is one of the longest closed retro treads in the WoodStairCo range. Installation requires careful measurement and two people for a smooth, aligned placement. The same Dusk espresso-brown factory finish as all other lengths.

INSTALLATION NOTE

Two-person installation recommended for 72-inch treads. Apply Loctite PL Premium adhesive in full S-curve coverage across the entire back. Use a brad nailer at 6-inch intervals- more points needed for a wider run. Allow 24–48 hours before foot traffic.

STAIN / FINISH TIP

Factory finished- no on-site staining. For touch-ups on cut or trimmed ends, use the Prefinished Touch Up Repair Kit ($21.07) in the darkest available shade.
