  1. Q:How I get the veneer around the existing balusters?
    A:When installing a new return tread, the balusters must be removed and then re-installed on top of the new tread. This means that the baluster will need to be cut down about 3/4" to allow the retro tread to be put in and the baluster to be put back into place.
