Instructions & Tips for the 3901 Rail Bolt Wrench

Flip wrench over for additional rotation.
Use the nut in the middle of the wrench to drive the handrail bolt into the pre-drilled hole in the end of the handrail.
Put a nut on the magnetic pin on the end of the wrench. Then place the rubber band around the center plastic pivot and the nut to act as the drive belt.
After aligning the nut with the end of the handrail bolt, use your thumb, pushing against the rubber band and plastic pivot to rotate the nut on the end of the wrench.
